 New York & Brooklyn Bethel

The gallery of photos below are from George and Stephanie's trip to the city of New York, and Brooklyn Bethel before the organization's move to Warwick in upstate New York.

Bethel Branch Offices Visited

In the Hebrew language, “Bethel” means “House of God.” (Gen. 28:19, ftn.) Stephanie and George have enjoyed the privilege of visiting the Bethel headquarters in upstate New York on several occasions, the branch office in the Bahamas, the "Bethel Bible House" which served as the branch in London, England for many years and the translation Bethel home in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The facilities at various branch offices are used to print and distribute Bibles, Bible literature and media content for the organization's website, JW.ORG.  Providing spiritual assistance to congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses numbering into the millions worldwide. Pictured is a rendition of the first Bethel "Bible House" built by the Watchtower Society in 1889. It served as the headquarters for 20 years.
